Return & Exchange Policy
At New City Cap Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
